How do I create a new tour?
From the main dashboard, tap the "+" button or "Create Tour" to start a new tour. You'll be prompted to enter the tour name, artist, and date range.
Can I use Load In Suite offline?
Yes! Load In Suite works offline. Any changes you make while offline will automatically sync when you reconnect to the internet.
How do I invite team members to a tour?
Open the tour, go to Settings > Team Members, and tap "Invite". You can set their permission level (Admin, Editor, or Viewer) when sending the invite.
How does expense tracking work?
Navigate to the "On The Road" section of your tour. You can upload receipts by taking a photo or selecting from your gallery. The app will extract details automatically and you can categorize each expense.
Can I export my tour data?
Yes, you can export budget summaries as PDFs, expense reports as CSV or PDF, and day sheets as PDF from their respective sections.
How do I change my subscription?
Go to your Profile > Membership to manage your subscription. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.
