Account & Data Deletion
Delete Your Account
To delete your account and all associated data, open Load In Suite, go to Profile and select Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account, profile information, and all tour data you own.
Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing admin@loadintours.com. Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and authentication credentials
- Profile information (name, email)
- All tours, budgets, and itineraries you own
- Uploaded files and attachments
- Subscription and billing information
Note: Data shared with team members (e.g., tours you were invited to but do not own) will remain accessible to the tour owner.
